In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and use the rrr77 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period in which you hold an active Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. rrr77 enforces a strict minimum age policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesia market. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be reviewed, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for personal use. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of rrr77 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) rrr77 Account. Registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all related Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of rrr77 or any of its affiliated game providers. Such individuals are prohibited from holding player Accounts.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order, whether voluntarily requested through rrr77 or imposed through any third-party responsible gaming programme to which rrr77 is a participant.

To access rrr77's full range of Services, you must create a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a secure password.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. rrr77 is not liable for any loss arising from a User's provision of false or inaccurate registration data. If any of your registered details change, you are obligated to update your Account profile promptly.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. rrr77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted under your Account is deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.3 One Account per Person

Each individual may register only one Account. Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account or any funds, rights, or obligations attached to it. rrr77 reserves the right to merge duplicate Accounts, confiscate balances, and permanently ban players found to be operating multiple Accounts, including Accounts registered under different names or email addresses.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

rrr77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or at the request of the Account holder. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard KYC completion requirements.

rrr77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme to confirm the identity and age of all players, prevent underage gambling, and comply with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed and may be requested at any point during a player's activity on the platform.

4.1 Required Documents

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence. The document must be valid and clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or CIMB Niaga, or an official government document dated within the last three months showing your registered Indonesian residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Depending on the deposit method used, rrr77 may request verification of the e-wallet account (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) or bank account linked to your rrr77 Account.

4.2 Processing Time

rrr77 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of all required documents being submitted. During peak periods, processing may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified by email once your verification status has been updated.

4.3 Failure to Verify

If you fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a request being issued, rrr77 reserves the right to restrict your Account, withhold pending withdrawals, and in cases where fraud is suspected, report the matter to the relevant authorities and confiscate any balance that cannot be attributed to legitimate deposits.

All deposits on rrr77 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rrr77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs arising from a User's bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the User and are not reimbursed by rrr77.

5.1 Supported Deposit Methods

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga — standard inter-bank transfers and instant payment methods where available.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja — real-time crediting to your rrr77 Balance upon successful transaction confirmation.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. rrr77 reserves the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallet are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on your bank and the time of day. Deposits initiated after standard banking hours may be subject to next-business-morning processing on the bank's side; rrr77 will credit your Account as soon as the funds are confirmed received.

5.4 Own Funds Policy

You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Deposits from third-party bank accounts or e-wallets not registered in your name are not permitted and will be returned to the source account, subject to deduction of any applicable bank fees. rrr77 is not responsible for processing delays caused by third-party payment providers.

rrr77 is committed to processing player withdrawals quickly and without unnecessary friction. The vast majority of withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes, 24 hours a day, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name that matches your KYC documents.
• Any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Your Account must not be subject to an active security hold, fraud investigation, or pending dispute.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Daily withdrawal limits are set per Account tier and are communicated to you upon Account verification. VIP players are subject to enhanced withdrawal limits as set out in the VIP Programme terms.

6.3 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability. Where this is not technically possible, rrr77 support will coordinate an alternative withdrawal route with you. Withdrawals are only paid to accounts and e-wallets registered in the Account holder's name.

6.4 Withdrawal Delays

While rrr77 targets sub-5-minute processing, delays may occasionally occur due to bank maintenance windows, e-wallet provider issues, or enhanced security reviews triggered by unusual account activity. In such cases, rrr77 will notify you within one hour and provide an estimated resolution time. rrr77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers once funds have been dispatched from the platform.

rrr77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms stated in this clause and any additional promotion-specific conditions published on the relevant bonus page at the time the offer is claimed.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first deposit on rrr77 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to Rp 5.000.000. The bonus is credited as Bonus Funds and is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount on qualifying games before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of Account registration and wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

7.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are held separately. Real Money Funds are used first in all gameplay unless the Player selects otherwise in Account settings.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed by using multiple Accounts. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through multi-accounting, use of VPN services, or collusion will result in permanent Account ban and forfeiture of all balances.
• rrr77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Players with an active bonus at the time of modification will be notified and given a reasonable period to complete wagering under the original terms.
• Free spin awards are subject to a maximum win cap of Rp 500.000 unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots generally contribute 100% of each qualifying wager. Live casino games, including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack, typically contribute at a reduced rate of 10%–20%. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sports betting markets contribute at rates specified in the relevant promotion terms. All games available on rrr77 are supplied by internationally licensed and independently certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. 8.1 Game Results

All game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical result of a real game event (card deal, wheel spin, dice roll) conducted in a professionally operated live studio. rrr77 does not intervene in or influence game outcomes. All results are final once the round has completed and the outcome has been settled.

8.2 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the relevant game round completing. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. To raise a dispute, contact rrr77 support via live chat, providing your Account username, the game title, the date and time of the round, and the round or game ID where available. rrr77 will liaise with the relevant game provider and respond within 5 business days.

8.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or platform error during a game round, rrr77 will attempt to reconstruct the game state and complete the round using server-side records. Where reconstruction is not possible, wagers placed in the affected round will be refunded in full to the Player's Account. rrr77 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures caused by the Player's own device, internet connection, or third-party software.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly IDR deposit caps from your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications at 30, 60, or 120-minute intervals to prompt you to review your gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be accessed for gaming or deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion at any time. Permanent exclusions take effect within one hour and are irrevocable. All pending withdrawals of Real Money Funds will be processed normally following exclusion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rrr77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false, borrowed, or stolen identity information.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rrr77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without prior written consent from rrr77.

The rrr77 brand name and logo are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rrr77 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to your own error, negligence, or misuse of the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses or delays caused by payment provider systems outside rrr77's direct control, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• Any reliance on information, promotional material, or game odds published on the platform that contains typographical errors, technical errors, or inaccuracies that rrr77 subsequently corrects.

In all cases where rrr77's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, rrr77's total aggregate liability to any single User in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rrr77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document. By registering with rrr77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
